Defect Summary

Equipment description: 25,054 after market alcoa forged aluminum light truck wheel, size 16x7j, lts style, 8 on 6.5" bolt circle, part number 167011, manufactured between 1993 and 2000. a crack can develop in the wheel from hand hole to hand hole.

Safety Consequence

Failure can result in wheel separation and possible vehicle crash.
