Defect Summary

Vehicle description: multi-purpose passenger vehicles (long wheel base). an incorrect size/shape of the metal body housing where the right front seat belt is secured allows the seat belt reel to rub against the external housing.

Safety Consequence

This condition can affect the performance of the assembly, increasing the risk of injury to an occupant in the event of a crash.

Corrective Action
