Vehicle description: certain 2500 wagons were equipped with incorrect load range tires.
Safety Consequence
This could cause a tire to blow out if the vehicle is operated at the maximum gross vehicle weight. .
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the load range 'd' tires with correct load range 'e' tires. owner notification began september 24, 2001. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact daimlerchrysler at 1-800-853-1403.
