Defect Summary
Vehicle description: c25 and c25slb travel trailers. these trailers are not in compliance with ansi 119.2, standard section 3.2.1, minimum exit facilities, by not having a minimum of two emergency exits.
Safety Consequence
In the event of an emergency, the trailer occupants could be injured trying to exit the trailer.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install the emergency egress window. owner notification began december 14, 2001. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact fleetwood folding trailer at 1-800-544-8193.
