Defect Summary

During the winterization process on certain motor homes from november 5, 2002 through january 6, 2003, the rv antifreeze used may have been contaminated with engine antifreeze.

Safety Consequence

This poses a potential toxic hazard if ingested at high levels.

Corrective Action

Dealers will ensure that the water system has been properly flushed. Owner notification began april 7, 2003. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact damon at 1-574-264-2900.
