On certain motorcycles, the side stand leg can break without notice.

This could allow the motorcycle to fall causing an injury or property damage.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the side stand. owner notification began april 17, 2003. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact buell at 1-414-343-8400.
