Defect Summary
On certain travel trailers equipped with optional aluminum alloy wheels, incorrect wheel bolts were installed.
Safety Consequence
Loosening of the wheel bolts could occur, causing a wheel separation incident, and resulting in a crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the wheel bolts. also, dealers will inspect the mating surface of the aluminum alloy wheel for damage and replace if necessary. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact dutchmen at 1-219-534-1224.
