Defect Summary

Certain goodyear eagle gph tires, size p195/60r15, produced on may 23, 2004. these tires do not have the correct sidewall marking which does not comform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109.

Corrective Action

Goodyear will replace the noncompliant tires free of charge. the recall began august 20, 2004. owners do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact goodyear customer service at 330-796-7977.
