Defect Summary

On certain tandem-axle boat trailers, the wheels may not have been properly machined causing the wheels to disengage from the wheel hub.

Safety Consequence

This could cause the wheels to become loose, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will inspect the wheels. if the wheels have a beveled edge preventing the cap from setting flush, the wheel assembly will be replaced. owner notification began january 29, 2004. owners should contact tracker marine at 1-417-873-4555.
