Defect Summary
On certain travel and fifth wheel trailers, the fuel station may be installed in such a manner as to limit the amount of transverse and/or lateral support for the fuel tank.
Safety Consequence
The fuel tank could become dislodged causing fuel spillage. fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install support brackets on the fuel tanks free of charge. the recall began on november 28, 2006. owners may contact gulf stream at 1-800-482-6451.
