Defect Summary

On certain walk-in delivery vans equipped wityh draw-tite modulite hd (p/n 18190) trailer light modules, the split tail light circuits are combined.

Safety Consequence

The module may overheat and ignite.

Corrective Action

Utilimaster will remove the trailer light module and wire the tail light harness from the body directly to the trailer plug. the recall began on december 18, 2006. owners may contact utilimaster at 1-800-582-3454.
