Defect Summary

On certain trailers equipped with accuride aluminum wheels, the wheels may not have been properly pre-stressed and may experience premature cracking on the disc face that could result in failure.

Safety Consequence

Should the wheel fail while the vehicle is in use, a vehicle crash could occur, possibly resulting in injury or death.
