Defect Summary

On certain transit buses equipped with configuration fc510 high pressure fan motor hoses, the wrong hose specification was selected.

Safety Consequence

The hydraulic cooling fan pressure hose may exhibit an oil leak. oil leak in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire.

Corrective Action

Daimlerchrysler/orion bus has replaced the hoses on all vehicles involved in this recall.
