On certain walk-in delivery vans, the headlight modules were incorrectly wired. this can cause the headlamp to operate with reduced effectiveness.
Safety Consequence
Poor lighting from the headlights could cause reduced road visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Owners will be provided with detailed instructions for the verification and repair of the wiring defect. owners will be reimbursed for the labor cost of the repairs. the recall began on october 22, 2007. owners may contact utilimaster at 1-800-582-3454.
