Defect Summary
Bentley is recalling 4 my 2004 and 2006 continental gt and continental flying spur vehicles. the replacement air bag trimmed covers have been manufactured with tethers of an incorrect length.
Safety Consequence
In the event of a crash, this could result in damage to the air bag itself during deployment increasing the risk of injuries.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the passenger's air bag cover free of charge. the recall began on march 11, 2008. owners may contact bentley at 1-800-777-6923.
