Defect Summary
Coach & equipment is recalling one model year 2007 phoenix shuttle bus manufactured during january 2007 equipped with trans/air air conditioning systems. each trans/air system comes with an electrical kit and ec pc board which if improperly installed could overheat.
Safety Consequence
Overheating of the pc board could result in a fire.
Corrective Action
Coach & equipment will notify the owner and the bus will be repaired free of charge. the repair will be performed by trans/air. the safety recall began on october 8, 2009. owners may contact trans/air warrant and service department at 1-800-673-2448 or coach & equipment at 1-315-536-2321.
