Defect Summary

Jag mobile solutions is recalling certain model year 2006 through 2011 porta-lisa and porta-lisa plus mobile restrooms, showers, and combinations towable trailers. the hitch assembly of the chassis may be built with steel tubes that are not of adequate size to withstand the forces exerted on the hitch while in certain applications.

Safety Consequence

The hitch on the front of the trailer could crack and become nonfunctional or break completely separating the trailer tongue from the rest of the chassis, which could result in a crash.

Corrective Action

Jag will notify owners and dexter chassis group field representatives or their assigned agents will repair the trailers free of charge. the safety recall began in august 2010. owners may contact jag at 1-260-562-1045.
