Defect Summary

Entegra coach is recalling certain model year 2010-2014 anthem and cornerstone motorhomes manufactured december 16, 2009, through april 30, 2013. the power cables from the exterior freezer can be damaged due to contact with the freezer sliding tray rails.

Safety Consequence

Prolonged rubbing of the power cables against the sliding tray rails may cause the wires to short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Entegra coach will notify owners, and dealers will secure the freezer power cables to prevent their chafing, at no charge. the recall began on december 10, 2013. owners may contact entegra coach at 1-800-945-4787.
