Defect Summary

Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 keystone sprinter, springdale, bullet, cougar, hideout, and passport trailers and 2015-2016 dutchmen aspen, coleman, denali, razorback, rubicon, and voltage trailers. for a full list of the specific models and floor plans affected, see rclrpt-15v207-4161.pdf under “associated documents.” in the affected trailers, the studs that are used to attach the wheels to the axle hubs may break.

Safety Consequence

If the wheel studs break, the wheel could detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wheel hubs, free of charge. The recall began on june 29, 2015. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 15-230.
