Defect Summary
Allied recreation group, inc. (arg) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 fleetwood southwind recreational vehicles, model 32 vs, manufactured april 16, 2014, to june 19, 2015. the affected vehicles may have been manufactured without an emergency exit window on the road side bedroom wall.
Safety Consequence
In the event of an emergency, the occupant's exit from the vehicle may be delayed or prevented, increasing their risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Arg will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicles and, if necessary, they will replace the existing road side bedroom wall window with an emergency exit window, free of charge. the recall began on august 14, 2015. owners can contact arg customer service at 1-800-509-3417. arg's number for this recall number is 150625arg.
