Defect Summary

Roush cleantech, llc (roush) is recalling certain propane conversion kits, part number 25031 – jiffy fitting 1/4, sold for installation on ford f-250 trucks. fittings in the kit may wear, resulting in a propane leak.

Safety Consequence

A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Roush will notify owners and replace the fuel return line and the quick connect fittings and add a new fuel line retention bracket and clamp, free of charge. the recall began on march 8, 2017. owners may contact roush customer service at 1-800-597-6874.
