Defect Summary

Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2016-2018 xlr toyhauler recreational vehicles. the fasteners for the side patio deck bar lock in these vehicles may not be strong enough, allowing the patio door to unlatch and the deck to drop unexpectedly.

Safety Consequence

If the patio deck drops while the vehicle is in use, there would be an increased risk of a crash.

Corrective Action
