Defect Summary

Eldorado mobility is recalling certain 2010-2017 amerivan in heavier duty cycles or with higher mileage that the suspension air bag does not meet current integrity standards. The rear suspension air bags may fail unexpectedly.

Safety Consequence

A loss of rear suspension from air bag failure can adversely affect the control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Eldorado mobility will inspect and repair the rear suspension air bags, free of charge. the recall began on august 14, 2017. owners may contact eldorado mobility customer service at 1-866-392-6300.
