Defect Summary

Rebel west powersports llc (rebel west) is recalling one 2018 rebel r4 lsv vehicle. the vehicle did not have rear side reflex reflectors. as such, this vehicle fails to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."

Safety Consequence

If the reflex reflectors are missing, it will reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action
