Defect Summary

Mack trucks, inc. (mack) is recalling certain 2019-2020 mack anthem, granite, pinnacle vehicles. the passenger side door down view mirror may detach from the door.

Safety Consequence

If the mirror detaches from the door, the mirror may strike another vehicle or pedestrian, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

Corrective Action

Mack will notify owners, and dealers will properly attach the mirror, free of charge. the recall began march 19, 2019. owners may contact mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177. mack's number for this recall is sc0416.
