Defect Summary

Temp-air, inc. (temp-air) is recalling certain 2017-2019 ebb-80 trailers. an incorrect hitch coupling may have been installed that limits the adjustability of the hitch possibly causing the trailer receiver angle to be improper.

Safety Consequence

If the user cannot properly adjust the hitch height to ensure proper trailer leveling, the trailer may suddenly drag, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Temp-rail will notify owners, and will replace the hitch rail with the correct one, free of charge. the recall began november 6, 2019. owners may contact temp-rail customer service at 1-952-894-3000.
