Defect Summary

Grand design rv, llc (grand design) is recalling certain 2020 transcend recreational trailers. a gas leak may occur at the joint between the cook stove's gas saddle valve for the burners and the manifold under the burner surface.

Safety Consequence

A gas leak increases the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Grand design will notify owners, and dealers will install a remedy kit that includes gaskets, washers, thread locker bolts and orange stickers, free of charge. the recall began february 5, 2021. owners may contact grand design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. grand design's number for this recall is 910022.
