Defect Summary
Reyco granning (reyco) is recalling certain fire truck independent front suspensions, part number ifs-ft. the steering gear mounting bolts may become loose and back out, resulting in difficulty steering or prevent steering in one direction.
Safety Consequence
Difficulty steering or the inability to steer in both directions can increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Reyco will notify manufacturers, and dealers will replace the steering gear mounting bolts and washers, free of charge. the recall began february 16, 2021. owners may contact reyco customer service at 1-765-543-5815.
