Pioneer coach interiors inc. (pioneer) is recalling certain 2019-2020 prevost x3 and h3 vehicles. the electronic control center circuit board may be damaged by voltages over 18 volts.
Safety Consequence
A damaged circuit board increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Pioneer will notify owners, and dealers will install a protection module, free of charge. the recall was completed january 31, 2021. owners may contact pioneer customer service at 1-615-860-1690.
