Defect Summary

Rosenbauer america (rosenbauer) is recalling certain 2012-2016 commander and warrior vehicles. the vehicle weight and tire pressure information may be incorrect on the certification label. as such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard number 567, "certification."

Safety Consequence

Incorrect tire pressure information can result in underinflated tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Rosenbauer will provide instructions on how to apply the corrected certificate label, incomplete vehicle document, mounting plate, and sun visor warning label, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed october 5, 2022. owners may contact rosenbauer customer service at 1-651-462-1000.
