Defect Summary

Intermotive is recalling certain programmable relay power center (prpc) modules, part number s-m1521-xx. exposed copper may cause the prpc module to short-circuit and fail.

Safety Consequence

A prpc module failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Intermotive will install a wire jumper harness to the prpc module, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed march 7, 2022. owners may contact intermotive customer service at 530-823-1048, extension 103.
