Defect Summary
Off grid trailers (off grid) is recalling certain 2021-2022 expedition, pando, and switchback travel trailers equipped with certain 2-burner cooktops. the burner control valves may become damaged, causing a gas leak.
Safety Consequence
A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Off grid will work with dometic to replace the cooktops, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed august 17, 2022. Owner's may contact off grid customer service at 1-800-786-3221.
