Defect Summary

Terex advance mixer, inc. (terex) is recalling certain 2022 front discharge mixer commander vehicles equipped with cummins diesel engines. the engine control module (ecm) may experience an internal short-circuit, which can result in an unexpected engine shut down.

Safety Consequence

An unexpected engine shut down can increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Cummins will replace the ecm, free of charge. cummins launched the remedy on september 26, 2022. owners may contact terex's customer service at 1-800-678-5961.
