Defect Summary

Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2022 crossroads redwood, dutchmen voltage, and yukon trailers. the u-bolts on the axles may have been improperly tightened, causing the bolts to loosen and the axle to slide.

Safety Consequence

A sliding axle can result in a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will tighten the axle spring u-bolts, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed october 27, 2022. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 22-436. this recall expands nhtsa recall number 21v-015.
