Defect Summary

Autocar, llc (autocar) is recalling certain 2021-2023 autocar xpeditor vehicles. the steering column shaft pinch bolt may be improperly secured.

Safety Consequence

An improperly secured steering column shaft pinch bolt can bind, causing a sudden loss of steering and increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the steering column shaft pinch bolt, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed on december 19, 2022. owners may contact autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. autocar's number for this recall is acx-2206.
