Defect Summary

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2023 northpoint fw travel trailers. the axle u-bolts may not be tightened properly, which can cause the axle to move out of position.

Safety Consequence

An axle that moves out of position can cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will inspect and tighten the u-bolts, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed march 31, 2023. owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. jayco's number for this recall is 9901585.
