Defect Summary

Stoughton trailers, llc (stoughton) is recalling certain 2024 ccgn-40t trailers. the brake hose may be the incorrect length and have inadequate or missing air tank fasteners, which can result in brake hose failure.

Safety Consequence

Brake hose failure can cause a loss of braking ability and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the brake hoses, and inspect and install any inadequate air tank fasteners, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed october 26, 2023. owners may contact stoughton customer service at 1-608-873-2580.
