Defect Summary

Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2024 coachmen brookstone, chaparral, chaparral lite, and shasta phoenix fifth wheel trailers. the affected vehicles may have been manufactured with an incorrect fuse in the power distribution center.

Safety Consequence

An incorrect fuse may not function as intended and increase the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the fuse with a 15-amp 12-volt fuse, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed october 6, 2023. owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-825-7101. forest river's number for this recall is 110-1686.
