Chrysler (fca us, llc) is recalling certain 2023 chrysler pacifica plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. an electrical short may occur due to an incorrectly installed 12-volt battery isolator post, resulting in a fire while parked or driving.

Safety Consequence

A fire while parked or driving can increase the risk of injury.

Corrective Action

Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is complete. dealers will correct the isolator to fit the anti-rotation stud, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed november 28, 2023. owners may contact fca us, llc customer service at 1-800-853-1403. fca us, llc's number for this recall is b0a.
