Defect Summary

Nova bus (us) inc. (nova bus) is recalling certain 2023 lfs buses. the front air spring suspension hardware may separate from the attachment plate, causing a sudden loss of suspension.

Safety Consequence

A loss of suspension can cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Nova bus will replace the attachment plate, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed january 31, 2024. owners may contact nova bus customer service 1-800-350-6682. nova bus number for this recall is cr5537.
