Defect Summary

Mando corporation (mando) is recalling certain motor driven power steering (mdps) power packs. the printed circuit board in the power pack may short circuit, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.

Safety Consequence

A loss of power steering assist increases the risk of a crash.
