Defect Summary

Alltrade tools llc (alltrade) is recalling all kilimanjaro e-bike racks sold at costco and costco.com. please see the recall report for the model numbers and sizes. the connection points may crack, which can cause the rack to fail.

Safety Consequence

Bicycle rack failure can allow a bicycle to detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Alltrade will provide a refund for the bicycle racks, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed september 12, 2024. owners may contact alltrade customer service at 1-888-526-1372 or service@alltradetools.com.
