Jaguar land rover north america, llc (land rover) is recalling certain 2024 land rover discovery sport vehicles. the lower a-pillar bolt on the right side may be improperly fastened, which can result in reduced structural strength of the body structure.
Safety Consequence
A body structure with reduced structural strength may not adequately protect passengers in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Dealers will inspect and tighten the right side, lower a-pillar bolt, as necessary, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed april 16, 2024. owners may contact land rover customer service at 1-800-637-6837. land rover's number for this recall is n871.
