Defect Summary

Faraday future eco sales. Llc (ff) is recalling certain 2023 faraday future ff 91 2.0 alliance vehicles. a software error may prevent the air bag malfunction warning light from illuminating when a system fault is detected in the airbag control unit (acu).

Safety Consequence

A warning light that fails to indicate a problem with air bag deployment can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Corrective Action

Ff will deploy an over-the-air (ota) ihub module software update, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed march 27, 2024. owners may contact faraday customer service at 1-800-228-7702. ff's number for this recall is 24-90-32-01.
