Defect Summary

Keystone rv company7(keystone) is recalling certain 2024 keystone retreat, residence 40cldl, residence 401cldl, dutchmen aspen trail 421loft, and crossroads hampton 390pvl trailers. the equalizer may provide inadequate clearance, allowing the axle to contact the frame.

Safety Consequence

Contact between the axle and the frame increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the equalizer, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed april 30, 2024. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-8696-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 24-453.
