Defect Summary
Delco trailers llc (delco) is recalling all 2019-2024 bumper horse trailers. these trailers were manufactured without a secondary latch on the inside gate, which can result in an unlatched gate that can swing open.
Safety Consequence
A gate that does not latch or swings open increases the risk of injury or crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install a secondary latch, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed august 19, 2024. owners may contact delco's customer service at 1-903-739-9400.
