Defect Summary

Taxa llc (taxa) is recalling certain 2021-2024 mantis trailers. the gaskets and brackets could fail to stabilize the freshwater tank, allowing the tank to move and detach from the trailer.

Safety Consequence

A detached tank can fall, becoming a road hazard and increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the gaskets and brackets, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed september 20, 2024. owners may contact taxa customer service at 713-861-2540.
