Defect Summary

Maserati north america, inc. (maserati) is recalling certain 2024 granturismo and grancabrio vehicles. the body control module (bcm) software may display an incorrect fuel level, which can result in an unexpected engine stall while driving.

Safety Consequence

An unexpected engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will update the bcm software, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed october 16, 2024. owners may contact maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. maserati's number for this recall is 749.
