Defect Summary

Bombardier recreational products (brp) is recalling certain 2017-2019 can-am spyder f3 and rt motorcycles. the engine output shaft may fatigue and break, resulting in a loss of drive power.

Safety Consequence

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

The output shaft will be replaced based on the mileage of the vehicles. owner notification letters were mailed february 5, 2025. owners may contact brp customer service at 1-888-272-9222.
