Defect Summary

Grand design rv, llc (grand design) is recalling certain 2023-2025 momentum fifth wheel trailers. the interior step base does not adequately support the step tread.

Safety Consequence

The tread may detach from the step, increasing the risk of a trip and fall injury.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the step riser and step treads, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed january 16, 2025. owners may contact grand design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. grand design's number for this recall is 910047.
